Who's In Your Tree?

Genealogy is the study of family history.  Using basic research skills in libraries, archives, and courthouses, you will be able to discover your roots.  It just takes a little patience and a lot of time.

The Washington County Library System's genealogy collection is located on the second floor of Percy Library in Greenville. Materials in this collection do not check out. The Library's collection contains bound volumes, microfilm, microfiche, compact discs, and periodicals.

Additional genealogical information is available through the Internet and the World Wide Web. Computer work stations are available at Percy Library's Reference Department.
